Job Introduction:
The MSS Division covers a wide range of services – from manned guarding to electronic security systems, focused on providing the best and suitable security solutions to customers.
We are currently recruiting an ESS Manager to lead the customer focused activities of the establishing customer needs and determining the strategy for the development of ESS business in Thailand. This position is also responsible for leading and driving the security solutions development, delivery and implementation into the target markets. The successful applicant will provide focus and leadership for the continued sales drive, success will be measured by continued and accelerated growth of sales revenues and profitability of the division.
Dimension
• Secure new contract revenue in 2011 according to the budget
• Lead and grow customer relationships and partnerships with strategic suppliers
• Perform leadership role in ESS divisions, working closely with Sales Directors.
Role Responsibility:
Accountabilities
• To ensure the delivery of sales growth to achieve or exceed 2011 budget
• To manage development budgets ensuring all solution enhancements or developments are on time, in cost and of appropriate quality
• To develop strong relationships with key technology partners to G4S to ensure continued solution development and market leading position.
• To develop a detailed market understanding of solution providers, technology companies and competitors to ensure all opportunities are exploited and all competitive threats mitigated
• To maximize the organic growth strategy with existing and new customers
• To contribute to Divisional product development /solutions initiatives leading to an increased product portfolio and organic growth.
• To enhance the Groups solution reputation through marketing and PR of successes
The Ideal Candidate:
Skills, Experience and Qualifications
• Minimum Degree Level. A proven track record in Business Development and / or Sales
• Business unit management with accountability for profit and loss
• Likely to be in a leadership position within either a Sales and Marketing or Business Development function
• Experience of developing, launching, selling and marketing as a ‘Solutions’ provider
• Experience in electronic systems, preferably in security electronic systems
• Experience in management role
• Exceptional relationship building and negotiation skills
• Entrepreneurial flair with strong drive and tenaciousness in a fast growing business environment
